Email us your order number, and we will ship a replacement item to you.

  • FULL REFUND

Email us your order number, and we will refund your order in full back onto the credit card the item was purchased with. Please allow 72 business hours for the credit card company to process the credit back onto your card. If you paid by check or money order, please allow 1 business day for your refund check to be processed and placed in the mail. Refunds payments will only be made via the original payment method.

WHERE IS MY ORDER…

  • If it has been more than 7 business days since your order shipped, please email us your order number and we will contact USPS.

We we will ship you a replacement item if your package is not immediately located.

We will refund your order in full if your item was unique or we do not have a replacement item in stock. Please allow 1 business for your refund check to be processed and placed in the mail.

If you paid for return shipping

We will refund the purchase price of all items returned via the original payment method of the order.

If you wrote “Return to Sender” on the box

We will refund the purchase price of all the items returned less the cost of the return shipping via the original payment method of the order.

If you return an item without prior communication

We will refund the purchase price of the item less any return shipping fees. Then, we will inform you via email that we received your items and the status of your refund.

We will adjust your account with WMG Publishing and provide a credit prorated to the number of unfulfilled volumes. Please allow 72 business hours for the credit card company to process the credit back onto your card. If you paid by check or money order, please allow 1 business day for your refund check to be processed and placed in the mail. Refunds payments will only be made via the original payment method.
